At House of Nagam, every jewellery piece is curated with care and intention. The following policies are designed to offer clarity while respecting the delicate and thoughtful nature of our collections. We encourage you to read them carefully before placing an order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations
• We currently ship within India only.
• International shipping will be introduced at a later stage.

Order Preparation
• Orders are taken up after payment confirmation.
• For in-stock jewellery, orders are usually prepared and readied for shipment within 2–4 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• For pre-orders, preparation timelines are mentioned on the individual product page based on availability. These pieces are handled once they are ready, as they involve careful sourcing and quality checks.

Estimated Timelines
• After the order is handed over to our logistics partner, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
• Timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as regional service limitations or unforeseen delays.
• Once handed over, delivery schedules are governed by the courier partner’s service timelines.

Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Any special shipping offers will be communicated clearly on the website.

Tracking
• A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order is on its way.

Address Accuracy
• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
• House of Nagam is not responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Changes & Cancellations
• Requests to cancel an order may be made within a short period after placement, provided order preparation has not yet begun.
• Once an order moves beyond this stage, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Pre-Orders
• Pre-orders are planned based on confirmed quantities and availability.
• Cancellations for pre-orders are accepted only within a brief window after placement, before the order is confirmed internally.
• Once a pre-order is confirmed and prepared, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation

• Cancellation requests should be sent to nagam.shop25@gmail.com at the earliest.
• Please include your order number to help us assist you efficiently.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders
• Orders that have already been prepared
• Requests received after the allowable cancellation window
• Orders placed during special drops or limited releases, where mentioned on the product page

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

As our jewellery pieces are delicate and personal in nature, we follow a strict no-return policy except in specific cases outlined below.

Eligibility
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or styling.
• Returns or replacements are considered only if:
  – The jewellery received is damaged, or
  – An incorrect item has been sent.

Reporting an Issue
• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Please write to nagam.shop25@gmail.com with:
  – Your order number
  – A clear, continuous package opening video
  – Clear photographs highlighting visible damage or the incorrect item received

Verification
• The package opening video and photographs are mandatory to help us assess claims fairly.
• Requests submitted without the required proof may not be eligible for review.

Resolution
• Once verified and approved, we will arrange for a replacement.
• If a replacement is not available, an alternative resolution will be offered at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible
• Jewellery showing signs of wear or use
• Requests raised after the reporting window
• Claims without a valid opening video and supporting photographs
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to lighting, photography, or craftsmanship

• All policies apply to purchases made through the House of Nagam website.
